Happy Holidays

12/15/2015

Where did the time go this semester?  It feels like we were just starting to talk about all of the exciting things planned for this year, and already the first semester is almost over.  We've had some great musical moments in 2015:
  • The North Hills Singers collaborated with the TV production students and Mr. Bellissimo to put together our entry into the Macy's All-School A Cappella Challenge.  While we didn't win, it was a great experience and gave us the chance to put together an arrangement written just for us by one of our own alumni, Nate Spear!
  • Symphonic Choir tackled quite a challenge in performing the Faure Requiem at their fall concert with chamber orchestra.  We haven't had a performance that early in the year before, and to learn over 50 pages of Latin was a wonderful way to raise the bar for our performances..
  • Women's Choir got off to a great start by participating in the Women's Choral Festival at my church in Edgewood.  They're singing well together and doing music that is more challenging than we did last year, so we keep improving!
  • The Madrigal Dinner was a great success.  More student involvement than any of the previous 4 years, and we even almost ran out of pasta!
  • Now we're in the midst of the multitude of community performances by the North Hills Singers.  Our newest was this past Sunday at Market Square, where we had a nice crowd to see us.  Tour day is Thursday, and then we're almost done spreading good cheer to all!
  • Finally, our Winter Holiday concert is in a week.  We'll travel around the world to celebrate the holidays with music from various cultures as well as bring it home for several of our holiday classics.  Hope you can make it at 7:00 Tuesday night!
I wish you all the best as we head to winter break.  Whatever your faith tradition, background or celebrations, may you have a happy holiday, and I'll see you in the New Year!

We are always trying to improve our fundraising program, trying to make it the best program available. With that in mind we have come up with the Perfect Trifecta. This stands for the Best Products to Sell, the Best Prices to Sell, and the Best Incentive Program.

SmartCell offers you Android and Apple compatible 10’ charging cables for $5 each, allowing you to sell them all for $10. This is an item that can retail for as much as $29.99 plus tax. Do you know of any other fundraising product that you can sell lower than retail? I don't. This is also a NO RISK program for you, as your organization pre-sells our 10' cable for $10 and still gets 50% ($5) on each sale. Think how easy these will be to sell and how many your organization will be able to sell also. Everyone will want these cables at this price. There are still stores selling a 3' cable for more than $10.

We have now lowered by $5 two of our more popular items. We have redesigned and improved our ear buds, and our power banks. You can now sell these amazing items off one sales sheet.
When so many school districts are outlawing the use of cookie dough, pies, cakes, candies, and biscuits due to the high obesity levels our students are at, NOW is the time to bring your fundraising program into the 21st Century. We are in a cell phone world, and our accessories are the right products at the right price to ensure you a profitable fundraising program that your students will enjoy doing. Two years ago when we entered the fundraising arena, Robert Lee of Midland Texas used our program 5 times to help them reach their goal, and go on to preform at the Rose Bowl Parade

How it works:
Our program is very simple to use with forms that we will provide for you. When you are ready to use our fundraising program, please contact us and tell us how many students will be participating, what items you will be selling, and we will send you at no charge all the necessary paper work needed. It also helps us if you would let us know how long you will run the program.

To help increase participation among students, we also have an incentive program that we feel is the BEST in the industry. After your program is done and we send you your invoice, we will dedicate 10% from the gross amount of our invoice to your students CASH PRIZE POOL. So as an example, if your group goes out and sells $10,000 worth of products, you will keep 50%, so we would invoice you for $5,000. So 10% of the $5,000 would be $500, and this is now the prize pool. We would then break this down to 4 places with first receiving 50%, 2nd 25%, 3rd 15%, and 4th 10% of the prize pool, and it would look like this.

1st in sales would win $250
2nd in sales would win $125
3rd in sales would win $75
4th in sales would win $50

We asked Tri-Valley High School in Downs Illinois if the would test this incentive program. They choose 32 students to try this for two weeks, and the sold nearly $6,400, which got a prize pool of $320. The students were so motivated they plan to use this in the fall with all 200 students. Even with a small group trying this, it still was one of the best overall successes they ever had.

There is not a minimum sales quota with our program, but to be qualified for the CASH PRIZE POOL you must have totals sales of at least 300 pieces. This includes the 10' cables, earbuds, power banks and selfie sticks. For any group that sells over 400 pieces, Smart Cell will make a large cheek with the name and amount that the person with the most sales has. You can see the check we made for Evan who sold the most cables at Tri-Valley.

Placing the order:
Because our program allows pre-sales, you only order what you have sold after your students finish the program. We then send you an invoice that you can pay one of four ways: Check, Credit Card, Paypal or ACH (which is simply bank to bank with no fees). Once we are paid, we ship within five working days, which is one of the quickest turnarounds in the fundraising industry. Best of all, no shipping fees with any order of 100 pieces or more. We really have made this simple.
So what are you waiting for?
Our program truly speaks for itself, but please take a second and go to our site www.smartcellfundraising.com, and check out the video from Todd Peak, the President of the Tennessee High School Boosters. You can also view all of the forms that I mentioned, as well as all of the fundraising programs we have to offer:

VERY IMPORTANT - We feel that this is going to produce even greater numbers that we have seen from our fundraising program. To ensure we can properly handle the demand, we are limiting this new program to the first 200 schools that commit for fundraising from now till the end of 2016. So if your looking for the Fall, please let me know. With our product, prices, and incentive program this is a WIN, WIN, WIN opportunity

Don't forget, you make 50% on every item at the prices listed on the program she
