Hello Everyone,

We are just five weeks away from the opening of Me and My Girl!  There is a lot of information to relay to you regarding the show, fundraisers, etc.  The following attachments include:

• FEBRUARY NEWSLETTER - packed with information!

• HOAGIE SALE COVER LETTER & ORDER FORM - orders due March 2, delivery date is March 15

• LOBBY VOLUNTEER SHEETS - volunteers still needed for both show weekends

• CAST/CREW/ORCHESTRA PARTY - volunteers still needed for the closing night after party

Students involved with the show will have the opportunity to pre-order tickets.  Information on the pre-order sale will be sent very soon; but in the meantime, you may want to start asking family & friends when they would like to go and start getting your orders organized.  Tickets will go on sale to the public on March 3.
