If you want to submit another form, just send in another $5 for each form you submit.
Forms must be completed by Friday, October 7. Payment (cash or check) must be submitted by Tuesday, October 11 (at the Drama Club meeting). Your messages will not be included in the program if payment is not submitted. Thanks! CHECK PLEASE
by Jonathan Rand Dating can be hard, especially when your date happens to be a raging kleptomaniac or your grandmother’s bridge partner, or a mime. Check Please follows a series of blind dinner dates that couldn’t get any worse – until they do. Could there possibly be a light at the end of the tunnel? GOSSIP by Brian Hampton This simple to stage one act by award-winning playwright Brian Hampton packs a powerful punch as it brings Gossip to life and gives its infectious spread a visible presence onstage. A group of high school theatre students befriends a charming, yet sinister new student named Gossip. She immediately makes herself right at home as she secretly manipulates and twists the truth to get what she wants. But as her new friends begin to figure it all out, they turn on her as ruthlessly as she went after them, leading to a surprisingly twisted ending. THE LAYOVER by Tracy Wells A couple of oddly intrusive passengers. A perplexing older couple. New parents. A loud family with a bratty kid. This is the company Dana keeps while she waits in a crowded airport for her next flight to … well … to wherever she’s going. But not all is as it seems while Dana, a self-proclaimed “bad girl,” tries to pass the time during this never-ending layover. At the end, it is revealed that Dana died on her previous flight and the terminal represents her journey to cross over. |
