Info from Pre-Trip Meeting

All of the information presented at last night's pre-trip family meeting can be found under the FORMS & HANDOUTS page in the TRIP INFORMATION section on this site.  There are links to the Information Packet, Overnight Field Trip Form, Social Media Form, Medical Form, and Administering Medication Form (which only needs to be completed if the school nurse doesn't already have it on file).  All forms are due by Wednesday, May 17.  

Medication drop-off for our trip nurse will take place from 6:00-8:00 in the High School Choir Room on Thursday, May 18.  Luggage may also be dropped off at this time in the Choir Room, or first thing Friday morning, or you can arrange to have it brought to school right after student dismissal at 2:00.

Rehearsal schedule for those going on the tour is as follows:
Monday, May 15 - 2:15-3:00 Tour Symphonic, 3:00-3:30 NH Singers
Wednesday, May 17 - 2:15-3:00 Tour Women's Choir
Thursday, May 18 - 2:15-3:30 All Going on the Tour
