Madrigal Dinner Details
Final Dress Rehearsal today, Friday, 12/6
2:10-5:00PM in the Choir Room & on stage
Take EVERYTHING you need with you at the end of practice. This includes costumes, props, binders with scripts and music, and anything else you will need to use at the event tomorrow night. If you already have a garment bag, please use it to place all of your belongings. Those that need one can get a bag at the end of rehearsal from Mr. Cloonan.
Report to the St. Athanasius Hall and be in costume, ready to begin rehearsal by 5:00PM. Plan your schedule appropriately. If you need 15 minutes to get yourself ready in costume, then plan to arrive at 4:45. We will begin the run-through in the hall as soon as mass is over upstairs and we are permitted to make noise.
Please arrive wearing black and white by 5:00PM. The head servers will go over everything you need to know in terms of who to serve, how to serve, and when to serve. Please make sure to sign your name on the list as well so that you receive credit for participating.
ANYONE WITH DESSERTS:
You may drop them off at the church hall any time after 12:00 noon. Several parents are planning to arrive at that time and will be cooking and setting up all afternoon.
ALL PARTICIPANTS, SERVERS & SKIT PLAYERS ARE REQUIRED TO STAY UNTIL THE END OF THE EVENT TO HELP CLEAN UP. Once dessert is cleared and the raffles have been announced, the main program is over. At that time all servers and actors will be allowed to eat. As soon as you are finished, please find a parent who is tearing down/cleaning up and ask what they need you to do. While it takes several hours to set up, clean-up can be very quick and easy with lots of hands.
