7:00PM          Meet in Choir Room (except for wind ensemble)
7:30PM          Load bus for St. Cyril’s
8:00PM          Perform
8:45PM          Leave St. Cyril
9:00PMish     Back at NHHS
 
Tuesday, December 8, 2015
7th period       Meet in Choir Room (eat quickly! And change)
12:30PM        Load bus (warm-up on bus)
1:00PM          Arrive at Shannopin
1:15PM          Perform, then cookies and talk with former teachers
2:30PM          Depart Shannopin (earlier if we finish sooner)
                        Quick rehearsal afterward at school

5:45PM          Meet in Choir Room
6:00PM          Perform in Library (Alma Mater & That’s Christmas to Me)
 
Saturday, December 12, 2015
1:00PM          Meet at School in Choir Room to get folders/keyboard/etc.
1:15PM          Walk over to Faith Lutheran in Laurel Gardens
1:30PM          Perform for Seniors
2:00PM          Walk back over to NHHS
 
Sunday, December 13, 2015
9:00AM          Meet at School to get Robe & Folders
9:15AM          Depart NHHS
9:45AM          Arrive at Edgewood for rehearsal by ourselves then with FPCE Choir
11:00AM        Sing during service and mini-concert after the service (take robes off at end of service)
12:30PM        Lunch provided by the FPCE Sanctuary Choir
1:30PM          Depart for Market Square
2:00PM          Free time to explore the Holiday Market, PPG Place & Ice Rink, take group photo
3:00PM          Perform full set (we have a full hour – so we’ll do everything we know!)
4:00PM          Bus departs Market Square for NHHS
4:30PM          Arrive at NHHS, put away robes & folders

6:45PM          Meet at St. Athanasius Church Hall (same place as madrigal dinner)
7:00PM          Perform for Christian Mothers’ Party
7:30ish           Finished, head home

TOUR DAY – Excused from all classes
HR                   Report to Choir Room after checking in with HR teacher
10:00AM        Load Bus for first performance
10:30AM        Performance at Arden Court
11:00AM        Depart Arden Court for MonteCello’s (bring money for lunch!)
11:15AM        Lunch
12:30PM        Depart MonteCello’s for West View United Methodist Churh
1:00PM          Performance at WVUMC
1:35ish           Depart WVUMC for Berkeley Hills Lutheran Church
2:00ish           Arrive/set-up at BHLC
2:15PM          Perform for The Pittsburgh Friendship Group
3:00PM          Depart BHLC for NHHS
3:30PM          Arrive at NHHS

6:10PM          Women’s Choir photo (NH Singers get into robes with Symphonic and line up)

6:30PM          Doors Open/Warm-up in Choir Room
7:00PM          Concert Begins

HR                   Report to Choir Room after checking in with HR teacher
8:15AM          Load Bus for West View
8:30AM          Arrive/set-up in WV Auditorium
8:45AM          Performance for WV Student Body
9:30AM          Depart WV for NHHS
9:45AM          Back at NHHS – change out of uniforms (you can go to per. 4 if you need to)
