Hello Drama Club Parents! If you are receiving this email, it is because your child may be involved with the cast, crew or orchestra for the 2017 Spring Musical: Me and My Girl. If you do not want to receive emails pertaining to the Spring Musical, please respond to this email and we will take you off the list. Me and My Girl performance dates are: March 23-25, 30-31 & April 1. We will be holding our planning meeting on Thursday, January 19 at 7 pm in the High School Choir Room (enter the doors near the auditorium, make a right, first left, then another left. Classroom will be on the right). There is a rehearsal for the full cast on this night from 7-8:30pm. If your child is in the cast, crew, or orchestra, we ask that at least one parent attend this meeting. We will be discussing show details like costumes, props, etc., and will start the planning of the cast luncheon, cast party, lobby volunteers, and more. Please contact us if you are unable to make the meeting but would still like to help out in any way! The success of these shows and the Drama Club program, depends on parental involvement. Thank you in advance for your willingness to help.
