PartyLite Candles: Chairperson Linda McCann - [email protected] Orders are due by Friday, Nov. 3 and delivery will be shipped directly to you, the seller, before Christmas. You will be responsible for distributing fundraiser products to your customers. Note that product price includes shipping and handling and you do NOT need to add the sales tax. Candy bar pick-up tomorrow (Thursday, Oct. 19) If you ordered candy bars, please plan to pick up your order from Jody Mawhinney between 6-6:30 p.m. tomorrow (Thursday, Oct. 19) at the high school. Choir students will be credited between $12 - $13.50 toward their "individual goal" for each bag of 30 candy bars purchased. The exact amount depends on the total number of bags ordered by the organization (it ranges between 40-45 percent). If you have any questions or concerns, contact Jody at [email protected]. Stromboli Orders due this Friday, Oct. 20 The cost for Stromboli is $3.50 each. Students will receive a $1.70 credit for each item sold. Forms for the Stromboli sale are available online. The Stromboli arrives frozen. They are a raw product and must be baked before consumption. In order to ensure that the product remains frozen, arrangements for pick-up have changed slightly. Order pick up is now from 6:30-7:30 p.m. on Thursday, Oct. 26 in front of the high school. If you’re worried about keeping the product frozen during your personal deliveries, you may wish to consider bringing one or more coolers and/or insulated freezer bags. Details for this Thursday’s hoagie order pick-up have changed slightly so that the product can remain refrigerated. Pick-up is this Thursday, Oct. 12 from 3-5 p.m. at St. Teresa’s Church. (1000 Avila Ct. in Perrysville). Choir rehearsal will be going on in the church so please park and enter at the rear of the church/lower level. Stay to the left of the church and park/enter behind the dumpsters. The church is extremely gracious to allow us use of the facility/refrigeration for pick-up. If you are unable to pick-up your hoagie order between 3-5 p.m. on Thursday, please contact Mike & Heather ([email protected]) to make alternative arrangements. So far only one family has reached out for a later pick-up. Friday: Hoagie orders are due. Turn in order forms and payment in a clearly marked envelope to the Unit by the end of the school day.
